Why Push-Ups are a great exercise for Aviators?
An exercise to perform in a short time at home, outdoor and hotel room. The benefit & how to begin in preparation for The War of the Airlines. Doing Push-Ups raises the metabolic rate in the body, helping to promote weight loss. It is considered a full body exercise.
1-Strengthening your abdominals by holding them still while gravity’s trying to push your hips towards the ground.
2- Strengthening your upper-body pushing the muscles of your chest, shoulders and triceps.
3-Improve overall body composition.
4-Build lean muscle mass
5-Burn fat and improve overall fitness. Always choose your level.
For women we advise to start with lesser reps and half push-ups.
1. Chest, Shoulders and Triceps – 3 sets of 12-15 reps
2. Back and Biceps – 3 sets of 12-15 reps
3. Legs and Abs – 3 sets of 12-15 reps
